Dr. Darryl E. Gilmore was proud to return to the Dallas-Fort Worth area after becoming a specialist in the field of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He has always aspired to experience the best that life has to offer while encouraging all around him explore and fulfill their hearts’ desires. In Dr. Gilmore you will find wonderful zest for life and an encouraging word seasoned with a little humor from time to time, and a desire to foster lasting relationships with his patients. Dr. Gilmore strives for excellence with each unique orthodontic experience at his Saginaw office location.
Dr. Gilmore’s practice philosophy is to provide patients with high quality, state-of-the-art orthodontic care in a warm, friendly and respectable environment. He is focused on making all of his patients feel comfortable and helping his patients discover the smile they always wanted through orthodontic treatment.

While attending dental school, Dr. Gilmore excelled. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. After dental school, he received additional advanced training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics to become an orthodontic specialist. Dr. Gilmore counts it a privilege to work with children, teens and adults of all ages to help each one achieve their picture-perfect smile while offering a variety of treatment modalities that fit their lifestyle.
A former French teacher, theater arts teacher as well as vice principal, Dr. Gilmore maintains a thirst for learning. Continuing education is an important part of Dr. Gilmore’s passion as an orthodontist, and he regularly participates in continuing education courses throughout the year. Dr. Gilmore uses continuing education as a way to maintain a state-of-the-art facility offering modern, evidence-based approaches and customized treatment plans for each of his patients.
